Our policy provides a 30 day deadline for returns. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
For different types of goods, returns are excluded. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Furthermore, we do not accept the return of intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials and flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items for which returns are excluded:
* Gift vouchers
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
For returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you when your refund request is approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original card or payment method within a certain number of days .
Late or outstanding refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for your refund to be formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There are often processing times when registering a refund.

Items on sale (if applicable)
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if faulty or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at shop@bagnopiero.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you at the time of purchase, you will receive an voucher corresponding to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person giving the gift was send the order to deliver it to you in person, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift and they will be informed of your return.
Shipping

The shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

If you need to ship an item worth over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
